Welcome to AsiaCameras. We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional optical equipment. If you are not entirely happy with your gear, we offer a flexible return and exchange process designed to protect your investment.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 60 days from the original invoice date.
  • Product Condition: To accommodate the needs of photographers and filmmakers, we accept returns for brand new as well as slightly used products, including items where the original box has been opened.
  • Packaging Requirements: All returned lenses and gear must be accompanied by their original, intact retail packaging, including caps, hoods, and inserts.
  • Restocking Fee: We offer a 60-day Free Return policy. No restocking fees will be deducted from the product price for all eligible returns.

How to Return or Exchange Your Gear

You can return your items via Mail (Insured Carrier) or by dropping them off In-Store at our showroom. Please follow these steps to begin:

  • Contact our support team directly at sales@asiacameras.com with your official order number.
  • Locate and secure the specialized Return Label included inside your original shipping package.
  • Our logistics team will send you specific customs and carrier routing instructions on where to safely dispatch your item.

Refund Information

Once your return parcel arrives at our facility and passes our technical inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: All refunds are automatically credited back to the exact payment method used during checkout (including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer, or In-Store Local Pickup orders).
  • Processing Time: After we issue the credit, the funds typically appear in your account within 1–2 business days, depending entirely on your bank or payment provider’s timeline.
  • Currency Standards: In alignment with our store policy, all refunds are processed strictly in US Dollars (USD).

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind before the gear ships? You can cancel your order, or a specific part of it, within 24 hours of placement. The full transaction amount will be immediately refunded to your original payment method without any penalties.

Every lens and piece of equipment sold at AsiaCameras is covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that warranty terms, duration, and conditions vary by product and brand.
